Programmed radio equipment as well as any other equipment specified in invoices are applicable to any and all federal and state laws regarding transmission and receiving any programmed transmissions. CROACH COMMUNICATIONS LLC is not responsible for any laws broken by the end user as well as any laws broken while end user is using programmed equipment. No encryption or transmission capable Trunked Talk groups are to be programmed unless a valid license and proper authorization is provided to CROACH COMMUNICATIONS LLC on paper form with appropriate signatures from authorized individuals and or agencies. CROACH COMMUNICATIONS LLC is not responsible for any action taken against an employee with any agency or employer regarding misuse of any programmed equipment. CROACH COMMUNICATIONS LLC reserves and holds the right to contact the appropriate agencies to verify that the signatures and paperwork for trunked transmission capable talk groups are legitimate. Furthermore CROACH COMMUNICATIONS LLC holds the right to terminate any contract at any time.
